Did your kids & or partner never have the opportunity to see you in action on the footy field? Vets footy is a great opportunity to showcase your talents!
The Vets provides players an opportunity to continue their playing careers, in a unique environment given the wide and varied backgrounds many have through both their footballing careers and professional lives. Importantly, this enables participants to stay connected in a social and active environment which often can get lost as people get older. Family is at the heart of the Vets, with many partners and children actively involved.
The South Croydon Vets compete in the EFNL Veterans Competition, a competition for players over the age of 35. The Vets have won premierships in 1999, 2002, 2003, 2013 & 2014 and have made regular appearances in finals series.
